CECH Current Students Scholarships
Each year, the college awards scholarships to deserving students in all academic programs. The college awards two basic types of scholarships: merit-based and need-based. Please refer to our scholarship page to find more information regarding applying for a CECH scholarship.
CECH Transfer Scholarship
The College of Education, Criminal Justice, and Human Services (CECH) at the University of Cincinnati is pleased to offer the CECH Transfer Scholarship for students entering the 2023 Fall Semester. Eligible students must meet the below criteria and submit the application by the stated deadline in order to be considered.
- Applicants must be transferring from a four-year institution
- Minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA
- Must have been offered admission to CECH for the 2023 Fall Semester
- Must confirm admission and enroll as a full-time student (minimum 12 credit hours) upon entering CECH
CECH Associate Degree Scholarship
The College of Education, Criminal Justice, and Human Services (CECH) at the University of Cincinnati is pleased to offer the CECH Associate Degree Scholarship for students entering the 2023 Fall Semester. Eligible students must meet the below criteria and submit the application by the stated deadline in order to be considered.
- Applicants must be transferring from a two-year institution
- Minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA
- Must have been offered admission to CECH for the 2023 Fall Semester
- Must have a completed Associate Degree by the start of 2023 Fall Semester
- Must confirm admission and enroll as a full-time student (minimum 12 credit hours) upon entering CECH
Teach Grant
The Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education (TEACH) Grant Program provides up to $4,000 per year in grants for graduate and undergraduate students in specified majors who intend to teach full-time in high-need subject areas for at least four years (within 8 years of graduation) at schools classified as serving low-income students.
