IT Learning Center
The IT Learning Center provides support to students taking School of Information Technology courses. The IT Learning Center is staffed by Teaching Assistants from the PhD in Information Technology and Masters in Information Technology programs. TAs have expertise in subject areas that cover core courses in the undergraduate and graduate curriculum. Though the Teaching Assistants are only assigned to specific IT courses, the IT Learning Center supports all IT courses on Main Campus.  Â
The IT Learning Center is operating in an in-person format for the Fall semester.
Please note that the Center will be closed during UC holidays.

How to Connect with a TA
For help with your School of Information Technology classes, please set up an appointment with a TA using Microsoft Bookings. Appointments are encouraged to ensure availability of specific TAs; however, walk-ins are always welcome.
- On the day of your appointment:
- For in person appointments: show up to the IT Learning Center, located in suite 250 of the Teachers-Dyer building. Staff or student workers at the front desks can help you locate the TA you are scheduled to work with. If there is nobody at the front desks, please ask one of the TAs in the cubicles to help connect you with the correct person.
If you have any trouble using the Bookings system, please feel free to reach out to our Student Coordinator for the IT Learning Center or feel free to walk in and work with any of the TAs that are on duty.
