The Bearcat Performance Lab
CECH's Bearcat Performance Laboratory is situated in the Teachers-Dyer Complex at the University of Cincinnati. The laboratory offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on research and laboratory experience while working closely with faculty members involved in active research. The lab is dedicated to advancing the field of exercise and sports science through innovative experimental and field-based research.
Hands-On Learning
We invite both undergraduate and graduate students to utilize the Bearcat Performance Lab to gain practical experience and deepen their understanding of exercise testing, health evaluation, strength and performance assessments.
The lab offers a variety of fitness and health testing services to the community, including body composition assessments, VO2max tests, metabolic evaluations, strength and power assessment, and other clinical health tests. Student Opportunities
