Our Team

The ITSC was founded in March 2012 by Dr. Hazem Said and has since served government agencies, start-up companies, research centers, public and private companies, as well as faculty members across the university. The ITSC researches, develops, tests, deploys, and supports prototypes as well as in-production products and applications. The ITSC has capabilities in databases, analytics dashboards, mobile applications, web applications, web-mobile ecosystems, virtual reality environments, games, augmented reality apps, automated testing, and any other solutions that intersect the domains of technology, people, and information.

In addition, we have project management capabilities with certified project management professionals (CAPM, PMP) to manage your projects. We are able to deliver customized training in many areas including information security, project management, and application development. The ITSC utilizes the expertise of faculty, staff, and undergraduate/graduate students to cultivate and maintain a rich environment for research, learning, and innovation.

Where We Shine

The ITSC employs a team of full-time faculty/staff IT professionals. While working alongside these experienced mentors, student workers develop a multitude of skills including professionalism, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, and job-specific technical capabilities that align with industry standards.

We provide seamless transitions when the time comes for new student workers to take over a project. The documentation we provide is clear, concise, and conclusive. The ITSC is the single point of contact for any job.

There's no longer any need to go through the hassle of posting jobs, interviewing, and training potential employees. We have many excellent full-time workers that will provide the same quality output.

Project updates and support don't end when a student leaves. When new co-ops start at the ITSC, they go through a time-tested onboarding process so that the client will always have the ongoing support they deserve.

Technical Products & Services

Projects that are accepted by the ITSC include, but are not limited to, elements of the following areas:

  • Web Development
  • Mobile App Development
  • Networking and Cloud Computing
  • Database Development
  • Virtual Events

The ITSC provides a single, reliable interface to high-quality technical solutions that intersect the domains of technology, people, and information.

Co-ops will be provided with hands-on experience in projects accepted by the ITSC and will develop not only high-level technical capabilities, but also industry-standard levels of professionalism, communication, and an assortment of other essential, non-technical literacies.
