CECH Emergency Aid

CECH Emergency Aid funding is available to students who have incurred an unexpected and/or urgent financial need.  Examples include but are not limited to: natural disaster, death in the family, medical expenses, or other special circumstances.  This funding is available to all undergraduate and graduate students in CECH one time per academic year and usually will not exceed $500.

Please note that recipients must have a zero balance to be eligible for Emergency Aid Funding. This fund cannot be used for educational expenses like tuition or housing costs.

How to apply for CECH Emergency Aid

  1. If you think you may be eligible for emergency aid, schedule an Emergency Aid consultation.
  2. After meeting with a member of the Student Success Team, fill out the application provided in your consultation.
  3. Check your email for any updates. You may be asked to provide additional information or documentation before a decision is made.
