Maggie Schweitzer has been working for UCCI as a contract employee in the role of Training Coordinator for 3 years before becoming a staff member in January. Maggie is transitioning to her new role as one of two UCCI Program Managers. Maggie assists in the business side of UCCI by managing the training schedule, coordinating travel and payments for our many contractors. Furthermore, she is the Project Manager on our Criminogenic Need and Violent Behavior Program curriculum development project for the Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AO). Maggie earned her Bachelors of Business in Supply Chain Management from Miami University and, prior to working at UCCI, worked as a Material Coordinator in automotive manufacturing.
