On Tuesday, May 26, U.S. News & World Report released its third annual rankings for the Best Online Programs for Veterans where the University of Cincinnati ranked 20th for Best Online Graduate Education Programs.
To qualify for this ranking, CECH’s Online Graduate Education Program had to fall into the top 75% of schools that were ranked. The schools were then evaluated by U.S. News on factors such as affordability, faculty credentials, student services, and reputation. Additional requirements for the program also included certification for the GI Bill and participation in the Yellow Ribbon Program, both federal initiatives to help reduce the cost of school for veterans.
UC’s Online Graduate Education Program is flourishing with over 750 students and includes comprehensive, rigorous curricula that is research based. The programs are offered throughout the year and are flexible to fit the schedules of its participants. Additionally, some programs offer internship experiences, advanced teaching degrees, and opportunities to earn advanced credentials in teaching.
