Dr. Lihshing Leigh Wang received her PhD in Educational Psychology from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and postdoctoral fellowship in Quantitative Psychology at University of California, Los Angeles.  She was Visiting Professor of Education and Applied Linguistics at University of California in Los Angeles; Director of Psychometrics and Senior Research Scientist at American Institutes for Research in Palo Alto, California; Professor of Psychology at National Chung Cheng University in Taiwan; and Director of Testing at Center for Applied Linguistics in Washington, DC.  Her research interests include psychometric modeling, computerized adaptive testing, response style bias, Monte Carlo simulation, Bayesian mixture modeling, multivariate/multilevel/longitudinal analysis, and fallacies in quantitative research methodology. She currently teaches Item Response Theory, Advanced Psychometrics, Measurement and Assessment, Multivariate Statistics, and Conducting Quantitative Research.
