Kelli Jette earned her Masters degree in Special Education from Xavier
University and her Bachelors degree in Music Education from Mount Saint
Joseph as well as a certificate in Peace Education from the University of Cincinnati's Urban Center for Social Justice, Peace Education, and Research (UCSJPER). She is currently on leave from her position as an elementary school teacher to pursue a doctorate in Educational Studies from the University of Cincinnati. Her current research agenda and teaching focus is on bullying. In addition to teaching a course on Bullying to in-service teachers, she has taught undergraduate courses in human development and the Schooling and Teaching course in the University of Cincinnati's teacher education program. Her service work is concentrated in the Appalachian community and she is UCSJPER's graduate assistant.
